1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, or accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account using your email address or an OAuth provider (like Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to post, submit, or otherwise share content, including but not limited to journal entries, somatic feedback, comments, audio recordings, photos, and videos ("User Content").

Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of your User Content.
License to NeuroArts: By posting User Content, you grant NeuroArts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Service.
Content Restrictions: You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Health Disclaimer: User Content, including "Somatic Feedback" and "Journals," is considered general wellness and user-generated data, NOT protected health information (PHI) or medical data. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Code of Conduct

NeuroArts Interactive products are designed to be safe, professional environments. You agree not to spam, defraud, or harass other users or our team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Not Medical Advice or Emergency Service

NeuroArts Interactive products (including MizuMind, Praxia, and any AI-assisted features) are not healthcare providers. Our AI features, content, and tools DO NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 immediately. Do not rely on NeuroArts Interactive products for urgent help.

6. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by visiting https://neuroarts.ai/account-deletion or through the in-app account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." NeuroArts makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroArts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
